Meet Freddy

Ivory Construction is a true story of the American Dream. It started when Freddy and Caitlyn bought their first home to remodel. With years of experience working on commercial and residential construction projects in the Treasure Valley with his grandfather, Freddy went all-in on a small house in Meridian. The neighbors hoped the house would be torn down, but Freddy and Caitlyn had a different vision.

Over the next few months, the house took shape and the neighbors started to catch the vision of what the house could become. Soon, the house was completely transformed, and although Freddy and Caitlyn didn’t have much of a budget to work with on the remodel, they worked hard so that the finished product was true quality. 

That small house gave Freddy and Caitlyn a good financial foundation to build Ivory Construction. Over the next few years, Freddy went from managing small projects to complex additions, full home remodels, million dollar homes and small commercial projects. 

Just like the first house they remodeled together, Freddy and Caitlyn have worked hard to ensure that Ivory Construction reflects their vision for excellence. Regardless of the size and scope of the project, Ivory Construction stands for excellence.
