Remodeling or building a home from scratch can seem daunting. We'll guide you through the process and make sure you feel comfortable from start to finish.

  1. Meet in person and go over your vision for your project. Determine if we are the right fit for what you are looking for.
  2. Establish a budget range for the project.
  3. Provide deposit and begin architectural drawings. Confirm all selections for finishes of the project.
  4. Bid project per the drawings and the client selections.
  5. Sign contracts and lock in pricing.
  6. Obtain all engineering and permitting required to move forward with the project.
  7. Begin construction.
